Pioneer Ridge Homes - Pioneer Ridge is a newer community of homes just north of 80th Avenue.
Pomona Lakes Homes  - Pomona Lakes is a community of homes built mostly in the 1970's with mature trees, landscaping, and pedestrian friendly sidewalks and greenbelts.
Ralston Estates Homes - Located in West Central Arvada, these homes were mostly built in the 1970's and 1980's and have larger lots, mature trees, and are very reasonably priced.
Standley Lake Homes - Located primarily just South of Standlay Lake Open Space Park and mostly built in the late 1980's and early 1990's.
Village of Five Parks Homes - Built by Village Homes, this newer award winning community of attached and detached homes is in West Arvada between Alkire and Indiana Streets.

The city of Arvada is located with Jefferson County Colorado. Therefore, with the exception of a some private and faith based schools all the children will attend Jefferson County Schools.
