Redleaf is a beautiful subdivision with mountain views and backing to city parks on the south and west ends. Sidewalk trails lead to the Paul Derda Recreation Center and the city ball fields and park area with picnic tables where you can really enjoy the outdoors. Lexus is 20 minutes north on I-25; Land Rover is west of the Flatirons Mall on Coalton Avenue; Mercedes on Church Ranch in Westminster; Jaguar on Alter Street in Broomfield and many more. Coyote Elementary, Westlake Middle and Legacy High Schools are rated with high academic performance ratings in the Adams County Five Star school system. Additionally, athletes enjoy the success of participating on winning teams and are recruited by top colleges. Jim T. tells us what he loves about Red Leaf "With Redleaf being on the border of two school districts it allowed us the opportunity to select either the Adams 12 district or the Boulder County Schools for our children. Both elementary schools are within walking distance from our home."

Other amenities such as the U.S. Post Office, Medical, Hospitals, Government Offices, Library, Fitness Centers, Hardware Stores, etc. are all located within a 20 minute drive.
