Sunnyslope Estates is a bit of country living now in the center of Broomfield between Lowell Blvd and Sheridan Blvd. Located off of 136th Avenue, the area was annexed into Broomfield in 2000 and all the streets were repaved and the water and sewer lines were installed at that time. Just south of the Broadlands golf course and north of the Broomfield County
