Westlake Village Homes are very affordable homes and are located between 128th Avenue and 136th Avenue and Lowell Boulevard and Zuni Street. The access to the major Streets and I-25 is simple and fast. The streets are lined with sidewalks in most of the neighborhood. Skiers and boarders can be on the slopes in 1.5-2 hours and for Colorado golfers, there are six courses within a 10 minute drive!

Nearby restaurants include McDonald's and Sonic at 128th and Zuni; and at The Orchard Town Center you will find Red Robin, Mimi's, Rock Bottom Restaurants and others. Broomfield offers a variety of restaurants and stores only 10 minutes from Westlake Village houses.Various places of worship are throughout the area and will be easy for you to find the denomination of your choice. Medical, dental and hospitals are 5-20 minutes from the Westlake Village neighborhood.
