The Willow Run neighborhood features mostly brick and frame homes with two car garages. Built in the 1990's to 2000s, the homes are newer, spacious and affordably priced in the $200's. Conveniently located in the southwest corner of 128th and Zuni, on the east side of Broomfield, the grocery store is at 128th and Zuni along with other conveniences at the center including a gas station and McDonald's.

The style of homes are two-story, ranch and tri-level with 1100-2000+ square feet. Most Willow Run houses have basements, open floor plans, 3+ bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You often see people strolling, walking, jogging, and bicycling with friends, their dogs or even by themselves.  The schools are Adams 12 Five Star Schools - Mountain View Elementary, Westlake Middle School and Legacy High School. There are numerous places to worship with numerous denominations nearby.

Fabulous shopping malls are 10-20 minutes away at The Flatirons or The Orchard Town Center Malls. You will find Target, J.C. Penney's, Eddie Bauer, specialty stores and more! Enjoy fast food to fine dining restaurants within a 20 minute drive. Do you like going to the movies? There are three AMC Theatres within 20 minutes from Willow Run. If you want to go to the Clubs or dancing in Lodo in Denver or Pearl Street in Boulder, you are only 25 minutes away! RTD buses are conveniently located if you need to commute.

The homes were clean, well manicured, with good curb appeal and nice floor plans combined with the excellent location. I love walking the dog along the nearby trails and grabbing a cup of coffee at Caribou Coffee at the Country Club Village or up to Safeway at Starbucks."

For those that like to stay in shape...there are several fitness centers close by with a 5-20 minute drive. Skier? You can be on the slopes in 1.5 to 2 hours and water skiing in the same time. Golfer? Golf courses abound if you are ready to tee it up. Hiker? Camper? You can be in the mountains in 30 minutes! Medical offices are 5-10 minutes from Willow Run. Hospitals are within 20-25 minutes. Places of worship of all denominations are nearby so you won't have to go far to share your faith.
