Commerce City Real Estate
Commerce City Colorado Real Estate is quickly changing. The Prairie Gateway development (backed by Kroenke, of the Wal-mart family money), changing the look and feel of 104th Avenue, and the future commercial corridor on Tower Road and E-470 provide huge opportunities for the City. Unfortunately, many longtime Denver area residents still see Commerce City as a less desirable place to live. I think in about 5-10 years they will be kicking themselves as the area may become the best percentage price investment in a home in the Denver Metro area. The city still has a long way to go with the school system, infrastructure and perceived image. But, Commerce City's closeness to Metro Denver, DIA, the beltway loop, and with the new money flowing in the city make it attractive.
