Erie Colorado Erie Colorado is located approximately 25 minutes north of the Denver and straddles both Boulder and Weld counties.  It is about 15 minutes from Boulder and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport.  Erie is a rapidly growing young town with an educated populace.  Because of the housing boom in the early to mid 2000's Erie is really split between newer communities and neighborhoods and some older neighborhoods.  They blend together well in this town and are tied together becuase of the small size a community feel and is present.

Cottonwood Vista Homes - Luxury single family homes in Erie where a panoramic lake and front range views are the focus.

Erie also has recently opened two new schools and a new public library, additonally, there is a new community center open that is over 63,000 square feet is size.   Erie Colorado appeals to fitness buffs, outdoors enthusiasts and a diverse and dynamic population because of it's proximity to Boulder, CO.
