GAA - A NAR (National Association of Realtors) accreditation that stands for general accredited appraiser.

Grantee - Individual or party to whom an interest in real property is assigned.

Grantor - Individual or party assigning an interest in real property.

GRI - A NAR (National Association of Realtors) accreditation that stands for graduate of realtor institute.  Recipients have taken additional courses including three one-week courses covering a wide range of topics such as marketing, contracts, law, and ethics as well as a few others.

Gross Sale Price - The sale price of a property before any concessions.
