Occupancy - A physical presence within and control of a piece of property.

Occupancy Rate - Percentage of properties in a certain area that are currently occupied.

Off-Site Improvements - Amenities, buildings or structures that are not located on a piece of property, but contribute to the value of the property or are necessary to maximize the use said property.

Off-Street Parking - Designated parking spaces that are not located on public streets but are associated with a particular building or other structure.

Old Termite Activity - Damage to the wood structure showing indications of past termite activity, where no termites are currently active.

On-Site Improvements - Amenities or other Buildings or structures that are built on a piece of property and contribute to its value.  A swimming pool or permanent storage facility for example.
