Quit Claim Deed - A legal notarized release of all rights or claims to a property. The release becomes binding after it has been recorded (filed) with the Clark County recorders office.

Quoins - The dressed stones at the corners of buildings. Quoins are usually laid so the faces of the stones are alternately large and small.  Occassionally you may see this term on a home inspection report.
