North Creek Farms Homes for Sale
The North Creek Farms Community in Northern Thornton is one of the newer subdivisions in Thornton Colorado. Located next to the Larkridge
Shopping area on the Southeast corner of I-25 and Hwy. 7, the neighborhood is comprised of houses built by Sanctuary and Woodcrest Homes. Although the community is located at Hwy. 7, it is still within the City of Thornton and offers the Adams 12 school district to its residents.
The neighborhood features a community park and play area among
the ranch and two story style homes. Home prices generally range from the low to mid $200's up to the high $300's placing it squarely within the price range that many of todays first time buyers are looking for. With all the different neighborhoods that make up Thornton Colorado real estate, North Creek Farms is often overlooked. It should not be, since the access to I-25 is so quick and the northern metro area is still developing new jobs, shopping, and homes.
