Bradburn Village

Bradburn Village in Westminster Colorado is just south of 120th Avenue between Sheridan and Federal Boulevards. The community of Bradburn Village comprises 125 acres of townhomes, single family homes and apartments along with shops and restaurants within waking distance in the community.

Community parks, recreation center, and a new suburban living design all make Bradburn Village a great place to call home.

Cedar Bridge

The Cedar Bridge neighborhood in Westminster, CO has homes that  were mostly built in the early  to Mid 1990's.  Many of the houses have already been updated and remodeled and the community now boasts mature trees along with the community pool and clubhouse.   Some of the homes offer three car garages and a few even back to open space and trails.  The neighborhood is conveniently located with quick access to I-25, nearby grocery stores and shopping.  The school district is the Adams 12 district.

Huntington Trails

Huntington Trails in Westminster is a walled community conveniently located with easy access to surrounding open space, lake, retail, and I-25. The community has a range of homes from the mid $500's to over $1 million.

Hyland Village

Hyland Village is a traditional neighborhood in the middle of Westminster Colorado. McStain homes is the builder of the townhomes and single family homes in the community. Built in late 2000's the homes are 2006 Energy Star Certified, have access to a Energy efficient community building with a pool, and the community has several miles of trails.

The Single family homes have features like main floor master bedrooms and vary from approximately 2300 to 2500 square feet in size. The townhomes range from approximately 1800 to 2450 square feet in size.

Legacy Ridge

Legacy Ridge in Westminster is a golf course community located just North of 104th Avenue and bordered by Sheridan Blvd. on the West. Many of the custom homes back to the Arthur Hills golf course that was established in 1994.

The real estate in Legacy Ridge is considered some of the most desirable in Westminster due to the easy access to I-25, downtown Denver, and US 36 to Boulder. Additionally, dining, shopping, and other retail businessess are nearby.

The Ranch Reserve is located just south of 120th Avenue on the West side of I-25. Custom homes are the norm in The Ranch Reserve, many have lots sizes over one acre with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. The Village at Harmony Park is a collection of Neumann built homes that is located north of 128th Avenue and just West of I-25.  Built in the early to mid 2000's, the community is newer with a more of an urban feel.  Unfortunately Neumann homes declared bankruptcy just as the community was being finished but it is completed and a very nice area to live in.  The community has a community pool, clubhouse and HOA fee includes trash removal. 

Most of the homes feature Granite countertops and upgraded cabinetry woods like Cherry.  They have Master suites and baths and are pre-wired for sound and styled to reflect modern tastes.  The School district is the Adams 12 School District
