Home Farm homes were built by Sanford Homes in the mid to late 90's and feature larger lots (around one third acre). The subdivision is located just south of 128th Avenue and East of Huron Street. Centrally located within the homes is a community pool, park and tennis courts for all Home Farm residents to enjoy. The real estate includes ranch and two story styles from 1600 square feet to over 3000 square feet, 3-5 bedrooms, over 2 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages, many Home Farm houses have walk out basements. Home Buyers

The houses are within walking distance to the newest Adams 5 Star schools; Silver Hills Middle and Mountain Range High. The elementary is a little further at Arapahoe Ridge. There are sidewalks on both sides of the street, which are lighted. Landscaping is attractive and there is a sense of ownership pride throughout Home Farm neighborhood. Two entrances into the area are from Huron and 128th.

Many of the homes have great mountain views from the balcony's, decks, backyards or interior windows. Others enjoy the corridor views from the front of their houses. Home Farms is not a large neighborhood and the houses have quick access to I-25 and major shopping areas including restaurants and entertainment.

The Orchard pedestrian shopping mall is 10 minutes north on Huron. There is open space to the west of Home Farms with a fairly new dog park (built in 2008), and trails for biking, jogging and enjoying the scenery.
