The Village at Harmony Park is a collection of Neumann built homes that is located north of 128th Avenue and just West of I-25. Built in the early to mid-2000's, the community is newer with a more of an urban feel. The community has a community pool, clubhouse and HOA fee includes trash removal.

The Adams 12 school district serves the area and children can walk to the local elementary school, Arapahoe Ridge, which is right in the neighborhood. Harmony Park has an old neighborhood atmosphere, but with modern newer homes. Street are tree lined, lighted and have sidewalks that lead all the way to the elementary school, swimming pool, and Amhurst park.

Grocery shopping is in walking distance. Trails are easy to access and major shopping is a 5-minute drive away at The Orchard. Plus, additional shopping is coming soon just north on 136th Avenue.

Since Neumann homes declared bankruptcy in 2008 and sold out the last homes in the neighborhood in various states of finish, comparable home sales data may not be truly accurate in reflecting the value of the houses.
