The City of Northglenn, Colorado is located 7 miles north of Denver and is approximately 23 miles northwest of the Denver International Airport (DIA). It is accessible via 104th or 120th Avenues right off of the I-25 Interstate.  Northglenn was incorporated in April, 1969, and encompasses 7.5 square miles of land. The City’s progressive Council-Manager form of Government provides top-notch Police, Water, Sewer, and other quality City services.  With a population of 36,857 residents Northglenn enjoys small friendly neighborhoods with easily accessible schools, convenient dining and shopping opportunities, quality parks, open space, and outdoor recreation facilities.  Thirty miles plus of interconnecting Greenway trails gives residents and visitors the opportunity to walk, bicycle, or jog in any direction within the City. This well-planned trail system is connected to adjacent neighboring cities. Within Northglenn there are over 160 acres of parks and open space areas designated to further enhance the quality of life and well-being of residents and visitors.


Northglenn Real Estate by neighborhood

Fox Run Homes - A community of single family and paired homes built mostly in the mid 90's. Fox Run is full of trails that connect to the Thornton Recreation center and only 2 miles East of I-25.
Huron Crossing Homes - Huron Crossing is another established neighborhood in Northglenn that offers both attached and single family homes. The neighborhood is just West of I-25 and South of 120th Avenue.
Park Vista Homes - Park Vista in Northglenn is a newer (built in the mid 90's) neighborhood of homes. Many of the houses have upgrades including home theaters, granite, stainless appliances and spacious decks.
Victoria Heights Homes - Victoria Heights homes were built in the 50's and 60's. Many of the homes have been remodeled and feature newer kitchens, baths and appliances.
